Our Process Makes It Work PDF Print E-mail

Successful interactive media requires dynamically flexible process that recognizes rigid deliverables.

Let Teleactive prove it's worth on your next interactive or print project. Our process is proven and will be followed and documented in our client web site.

Phase 1: Strategic Listening

At this initial stage, we want to learn about the positioning and current marketing strategies being employed for your product or service. We will then discuss concepts, ideas and deliverables to determine the scope of work. Based on this consultation, we will submit a cost and time proposal for your project.

Phase 2: Idea-Driven Concepts

Upon the signing of an agreement, Teleactive will begin work on your project based on what we learned by strategically listening. We will first submit an outline and/or storyboard proposing an overall concept, focus, flow, milestones, assumptions, tasks and goals.

Phase 3: Functional Elements

Now we begin to fill in the details. A copywriter will script the entire project. The script will describe in detail all animation and screen copy as it will appear. This is where we prove our concepts and refine them through the clients input. If a script isn't required then flow charts will describe all functions and processes.

Phase 4: Prototypes

The project continues to take shape as we begin designing key elements of the project. This includes the format and layout, typefaces, color schemes, interface elements, and other important design concepts. We will prepare prototypes for your review of these designs.

Phase 5: Implementation

All specifications are prepared for production. All of the graphics, animation, screen copy, sound, interactivity, menus, etc. are integrated into a working copy or beta version of the final project. You will now be able to see the entire presentation from beginning to end. Resolution of production issues and final determination of web site, print piece, digital signage or video mastering are optimized.
